Lena Addy

Lena Addy is an HR, administration, and corporate governance professional with extensive experience in various organizations. They served as the Assistant Program Coordinator at Progress Intern and Mentor Institute in Ghana from 2009 to 2010 and later worked as the Executive Assistant to the CEO at The Beige Group from 2014 to 2016, where they managed communications and partnered with HR on recruitment and training. Lena’s roles also include positions as a Business Development Executive at TOP TALENT RESOURCES LTD and as the Human Resource and Administration Manager at Access Control Security Services Ltd. They recently held a position as the People Operations Senior Officer/Company Secretary at CAMFED in 2024. Lena holds an MBA from Kwame Nkrumah' University of Science and Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Ghana.
