Ruth Mutema

Ruth Mutema is a counseling psychology student and passionate youth worker dedicated to supporting marginalized girls and advocating for mental health and gender-based violence prevention. With a Bachelor of Science Honors degree in Psychology from Great Zimbabwe University, they have gained experience as a Customer Service Representative at Teamsville Global and as a Monitoring, Evaluation, Research and Learning Associate at CAMFED. Ruth has also contributed to psychosocial support initiatives at Childline Zimbabwe and honed their administrative skills as a Human Resources and Administration Assistant at Livetouch Investments. Currently, they are pursuing a Global Mental Health course at the University of Washington.
