David Rabb is a seasoned IT strategist and former senior software architect with extensive experience in the insurance technology sector. After retiring in May 2022, David served as an IT Strategist at CAMICO since June 2016 and held senior roles at Houston Casualty Company and Ebix, Inc., where contributions included the development of customized insurance solutions and client/server systems. David has also served in leadership and volunteer positions across various organizations, including as a Chief Financial Officer and Chief Information Officer at Campania Management/CAMPMED Insurance Co. and as a community activities chairman for the Sully District Democratic Committee. Education was completed at the University of Maryland with a B.S. in Accounting.
