Shannon started their career at The Hartford in 1996, where they held various positions including Claims Supervisor and Quality Specialist. Shannon'sresponsibilities at The Hartford included handling personal and commercial auto and general liability claims. Shannon then joined Nationwide Excess and Surplus in 2014 as a Specialty Claims Manager until 2021. Currently, Shannon is the Vice President of Claims at CAMICO, where they have held multiple roles since joining in 2021.
