Ericka Witkowski

Ericka Witkowski is currently a Board Member at CAMILLUS HOUSE INC. Prior to this, they were with Cushman & Wakefield from October 2017 to July 2020, where they served as Director. During their time there, they represented some of the market’s most notable owners and investors, including Market Street Real Estate Partners, East End Capital, Franklin Street Properties, Related Group and Banyan Street Capital. Ericka also played a critical role in the completion of sales and leases totaling $186.5M in transaction value and over 435,000sf. In 2019, they were part of a team that executed South Florida’s largest office lease of the year for 2019: Lennar Corporation’s 156,000sf HQ lease at 5505 Waterford at Blue Lagoon.

From December 2014 to October 2017, Ericka Witkowski was an Advisor at Avison Young. Prior to that, they were with Colliers International from December 2012 to December 2014, where they also served as an Advisor. Ericka began their career in 2012 as an Intern at Colliers International from May to August.

Ericka Witkowski received a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate from Florida State University's College of Business.
