Camino Verde Group LLC is a privately held real estate investment, development and asset management company with its sole focus on multifamily and mixed-use real estate. Our goal is to generate capital gains, passive income, and long-term equity and appreciation for its owners and investors through the purchase, development and/or wise management of multifamily real estate investments.
We are looking to grow our portfolio over the course of the next few years, taking advantage of the current market conditions, the window of opportunity that exists during this time of historically low interest rates and excellent local, state and federal incentives. Where possible we seek to acquire, develop and manage with the goal of a triple bottom line, seeking to improve not only the economics of a project and its community, but to create social and environmental good.
We consistently reviewing possible deals, and utilizing demographic market research to identify emerging opportunities with an increasing demand for rental accommodation in the West and Southeast regions of the U.S.
