Danny Y.

Danny Y. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Danny started their career as a System Automation Engineer at ASE Group in 2005, where they designed, developed, tested, and supported chip testing applications, implemented a web-based kitting system, and maintained production floor systems. In 2005, they also joined OSRAM as a Sr Information System Engineer, where they designed, implemented, and supported equipment for production, developed traceability systems, and consolidated production SPC applications. Danny later became the Section Head of Information System Technology at OSRAM, leading a team of IT engineers and providing consultation and solutions for production process improvement. Danny eventually took on the role of Head of Department of Information Technology at OSRAM, where they led a team in observing, analyzing, and realizing integrated IT solutions for LED production, including greenfield plant setup and dynamic production capacity planning. In 2017, Danny Y. joined camLine as a Business Development Manager before being promoted to Managing Director in 2019. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Business Development and Marketing at camLine.

Danny Y. earned a Bachelor Degree in Information System Engineering from Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR) from 2003 to 2005. Prior to that, they obtained a Diploma of Computer Science in Computer Science and Mathematics from Tunku Abdul Rahman University of Management and Technology from 2001 to 2003. Danny completed their high school education in the Science Stream at Chung Ling (National Type) High School. Additionally, they hold a certification as a Certified Professional for Software Architecture from the International Software Architecture Qualification Board, obtained in 2012.
