Dirk Steinsberger

Dirk Steinsberger is an experienced HR professional currently serving as Head of HR Camlog Group DACH since August 2023. Previously, Dirk was Senior HR Manager for Commercial & Innovation at Glatfelter from February 2021 to July 2023, and prior to that, held the position of Senior Human Resources Manager at BorgWarner Inc., where Dirk managed HR for a 500-employee organization from June 2016 to January 2021. Dirk's career also includes significant roles at Bombardier Transportation, where as HR Director, oversight was provided for a 2,800-employee site, and as HR Manager for a 600-employee site. Dirk began the HR journey at Goodyear Dunlop Tires Germany GmbH, moving from HR Generalist to managing HR functions for a 1,000-employee organization. Educational background includes a Diplom-Kaufmann in Wirtschaftswissenschaften from Universität Trier and international experience from Universidad de Zaragoza.
