Tom Ferrero

Tom Ferrero is an accomplished metal artist, painter, designer, and educator currently serving as an Assistant Professor of Jewelry at NSCAD University in Halifax, Nova Scotia. They have taught diverse students ranging from ages 7 to 70 and have held significant roles such as Department Head of Metalsmithing at Camp Laurel. A recipient of the prestigious Fulbright grant and multiple NICHE Awards, Tom has also been involved in various artistic roles including Silversmith and Studio Assistant at New England Sterling, and Goldsmith at Barbara Heinrich Studio. They hold a Master of Fine Arts degree in Metalsmithing and Jewelry Design from Indiana University Bloomington and have continued to create and exhibit custom jewelry and metal sculptures through Tom Ferrero Studio. Tom embraces opportunities that inspire creativity and share knowledge within the arts.
