Deborah Thomas

Deborah Thomas is the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Camp Quality, a role they have held since 2020. They chair Be Well Co, are a Trustee of The Balnaves Foundation, and are a member of Chief Executive Women. They have served on multiple boards, including as a Non-Executive Director at Humanitix (2019–2022), as a Director at Bauer Media Group (2009–2015), and as a Non-Executive Director for Ardent Leisure Group (2013–2015); they were Deputy Chair of the National Library of Australia Council (2012–2015). In publishing, they held Editor-in-Chief roles with MODE (1992–1994), The Australian Women’s Weekly, ELLE, and CLEO. They are described as one of only a handful of women to have run an ASX200 company and led Camp Quality through COVID to expanded services and record profits.
