Bob McGuirl

Bob McGuirl is a seasoned financial executive with over twenty years of experience in finance and operations, focusing on private equity and venture capital-backed retail and ecommerce companies. Currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Venus et Fleur since 2023 and as CFO and President at CAMP, Bob has also held CFO roles at Man Crates and Rifle Paper Co., where they were responsible for finance, accounting, and strategic planning. They began their career at Deloitte as an auditor, later taking on various leadership positions in financial planning and analysis, including roles at Urban Outfitters and Charming Shoppes. Bob earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from DeSales University.
