Rick Sharp

Rick Sharp has a diverse and extensive work experience in various finance-related roles. Rick is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at CampaignAgent since November 2020. Prior to that, Rick worked as the Head of Investor Relations at Hansen Technologies from August 2016 to September 2020. Rick also held the position of Managing Director at Mineral Deposits Limited from July 2011 to December 2014, and earlier served as the Chief Financial Officer at the same company from July 2009 to June 2011. Rick's career also includes roles as the Director of Corporate Finance at Wilson HTM from 2002 to 2008, Director at J.P. Morgan from 2000 to 2001, Director of Corporate Finance at Ord Minnett from 1995 to 2000, and Manager of Corporate Finance at HSBC from 1993 to 1995.

Rick Sharp attended Haileybury College from 1980 to 1982, where they studied Mathematics and Sciences as part of their high school education. Additionally, they hold certifications including a Bachelor of Economics from Monash University, a Chartered Accountant designation from Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment from Finsia (Financial Services Institute of Australasia).
