Sergio Caredda

Sergio Caredda has a diverse work experience that spans various industries and roles. Sergio is currently serving as the Senior HR Director Global Functions at Campari Group. Prior to that, they worked as an Advisor at Good Organisations. Sergio also has their own blog called sergiocaredda.eu, where they share their views on topics related to the world of work. Sergio has also held positions at OVS S.p.A., VF Corporation, Deloitte Luxembourg, University of Trento, OTB Group, Diesel Group, and University of Bologna. Throughout their career, Sergio has been involved in various HR and leadership development projects, including HR transformation, talent management, learning and development, and performance management.

Sergio Caredda completed their education at the Università degli Studi di Trieste, obtaining a Laurea degree in International Economics and Diplomacy from 1995 to 1999. Sergio also pursued further studies at the same university, obtaining a Master's degree in International Contractual Law and International Business Administration in 2000. Prior to that, they attended Liceo Scientifico "Fermi" - Nuoro from 1989 to 1995, where they received their Maturità degree with a focus on language and sciences. In addition to their formal education, Sergio has obtained various certifications, including the Certified Platform Design Toolkit Facilitator - Bootcamp from Boundaryless in 2022, and the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) and Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certifications from Scrum Alliance. Sergio has also earned retail education certificates from Shoptalk in both 2018 and 2019.
