Jonathan Bean

Jonathan has in excess of 15 years’ experience in executive recruitment with a specialism across Procurement and Supply Chain successfully working within a functional boutique, Korn Ferry and latterly sector search experts. During his career in search he has supported some of the world’s largest businesses within Consumer (food, drink, personal care and retail) and Life Sciences on campaigns as well as targeted search mandates across LATAM/North America, EMEA and APAC.

Before moving into search Jonathan worked across several organisations within the function of Procurement notably with Gillette/P&G.

As a veteran in his space, Jonathan prides himself in having long established and trusted relationships across clients and candidates alike, whilst always keen to understand how his clients and the sector are evolving.

Jonathan is a graduate from Lancaster University, and CIPS qualified.

Outside of work, he is kept entertained by his 2 dogs and tries to keep fit at the gym and being a fair-weather runner.
