Foster Kathy has extensive experience in the manufacturing and technology sectors, currently serving as a Business Analyst Specialist at Campfire Interactive since November 2020. Prior to this role, Foster worked at Methode Electronics from March 2003 to November 2020 as a Change Manager, where responsibilities included establishing processes for product change implementation and coordinating plans to ensure timely delivery. Earlier, from June 2001 to August 2002, Foster held the position of Industrial Engineer at Methode Electronics, focusing on the implementation of lean manufacturing practices, conducting MTM studies, and developing training materials for employees.
