Kelly Lesko

Kelly Lesko has more than 20 years of experience in human resources roles, with a focus on talent acquisition, employee relations, and strategic initiatives. Kelly currently serves as the Director of Talent and Human Resources at Campfire Interactive, where they are responsible for overseeing the HR department. Prior to this, they worked as the Human Resources Director at The Lobb Law Firm.

Kelly's previous experience includes roles such as Human Resources Manager at Atkore International, Senior HR Manager and Human Resources Manager at Horizon Global, and Human Resources Business Partner and HRIS Specialist at Meritor. Kelly also worked at Daimler Chrysler as an HR Communication Specialist, HR Program Specialist, HR Salary Administrator, HR Generalist/Labor Relations, and HR Staff Advisor/Business Process Planning & Redesign.

Throughout Kelly's career, they have successfully implemented HR initiatives, provided leadership and expertise on HR issues, developed and implemented policies, and supported employees in various capacities. Kelly has also worked closely with executive leadership and other stakeholders to drive business results through best practice HR processes.

Kelly Lesko earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from Wayne State University in 1995. From 1997 to 1999, they obtained a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Central Michigan University.
