Camping Noire is a nature-based wellness organization creating restorative outdoor experiences that center the joy, rest, and well‑being of Black women. We design culturally grounded retreats, day experiences, and corporate wellness programs that reconnect participants to nature, community, and themselves.

Our work is rooted in the belief that rest is essential, representation matters, and the outdoors should be a place of safety, belonging, and renewal. Through intentional programming, sensory-rich environments, and trauma-informed facilitation, we create spaces where Black women can breathe deeply, connect authentically, and experience the healing power of nature.

For organizations, we offer nature-centered wellness experiences that support employee well‑being, retention, and belonging. Our programs help teams reduce burnout, strengthen connection, and cultivate a culture of care—while advancing equity and representation in outdoor spaces.

What We Offer
- Corporate wellness retreats and outdoor team experiences
- Restorative day programs and seasonal gatherings
- Community-centered camping and glamping experiences
- Nature-based workshops focused on rest, resilience, and connection
- Partnerships with foundations, universities, and wellness organizations

Camping Noire is more than an outdoor experience—it’s a movement toward collective rest, joy, and liberation. We create spaces where Black women feel seen, supported, and restored, and where organizations can invest in well‑being through a culturally grounded, nature-forward approach.
