Matthew Neal

Matthew Neal has over 20 years of professional experience. Matthew began their career in 1996 as a Business Analyst at AMEC. In 2000, they were promoted to Commercial Finance Manager. In 2001, they moved to Rayner Essex LLP as a Chartered Accountant. In 2004, they joined EY as an Assurance Manager and was later promoted to Advisory Director. In 2018, they became a Seed Investor at Subdial and an Executive Partner at IBM, where they were responsible for strategic clients in the Consumer, travel, retail and services sectors. In 2020, they joined CampMap.com as a Director and Advisor, and Ciklum as the UK Managing Director and UK Market Leader across all Ciklum lines of business.

Matthew Neal obtained their Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Durham University between 1997 and 2000, studying Law. From 1991 to 1996, they attended Mackie Academy and obtained Scottish Highers. In 2002, they began studying Business and Finance at ICAEW, and obtained their ACA in 2005. Matthew also holds a Chartered Accountant (ACA) certification from ICAEW, as well as a MCA Customer Engagement Award from the Management Consultancies Association.
