Cushe Blackmon

Cushe Blackmon has a diverse work experience. They started as a Program Developer and Marketing Assistant at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville in 2017, where they created computer classes to address the technological needs of the community. In 2017-2018, they worked as a Human Resource Associate at Lessie Bates Davis Neighborhood House, providing support for HR operations and coordinating with various departments. They then became a Workforce Development Coordinator at St. Clair County Intergovernmental Grants Department from 2018 to 2019. From 2019 to 2021, they worked as a Customer Success Specialist at Aetna Better Health Inc, where they analyzed claims data, provided support to members and providers, and made quick decisions to reduce escalations. They then worked as an Employment Specialist at St. Louis Arc from 2021 to 2022. Currently, they are a Customer Success Specialist Tier 2 at CampMinder since 2022.
