David Lane

David Lane has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. David started their career as an Adult Continuing Education Instructor at the Foundation for Educational Achievement in 1993. From 1993 to 1999, they co-founded and managed an Interactive Marketing agency called 2-Lane Media, where they raised $1.5 million in private placement and grew the company to 20 employees with annual revenues of over $1 million.

In 1999, David worked as the Director of Production and Managing Director at How2.com, where they developed and managed a 55-person production department and served as the department's liaison to senior management.

From 2000 to 2004, David held various positions. David worked as a Practice Manager and Information Architect at C-bridge Internet Solutions, where they managed a staff of six and co-developed a business methodology for the Center for Interactive Design. David also served as a freelance Internet Marketing and Web Development Consultant at D. Lane Media Consulting, where they worked with clients such as Winning on Wall Street and was responsible for developing, implementing, and marketing web-based products and services.

In 2004, David joined Anark as a Software Engineer and Information Architect, providing custom software consulting services focused on .Net applications and web development. David gathered business software requirements and became a subject matter expert for a software that manages Rockwell Collins' aircraft in-flight entertainment system.

Since 2010, David has been working at CampMinder as a Senior Software Engineer and Project Manager. David codes in C# and JavaScript in both front-end and back-end capacities. As a senior developer, they define feature tasks and oversees their development by junior developers.

Throughout their career, David has demonstrated expertise in software development, project management, consulting, and marketing.

David Lane attended the University of Michigan from 1988 to 1992, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science and Government. Prior to that, they went to the Dalton School, but no specific dates or degrees were provided for this educational experience.
