Program Director, Rural Youth Voices

Hannah Botts is an experienced program director with a focus on youth engagement and community action, currently serving as the Program Director for Rural Youth Voices at Campus Compact. Hannah also holds positions as a Research & Evaluation Advisor at the Annie E. Casey Foundation and Made By Us, alongside roles such as an inaugural board member of Youth250 Bureau and former Director of Partnerships and Campus Programs for Kentucky Student Voice Team. With a background in social impact and advocacy, Hannah has been a research fellow at Kentuckians For The Commonwealth and participated in various civic engagement initiatives. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Neuroscience from Centre College and a Residential Dual Enrollment in Neuroscience & Space Systems Engineering from Morehead State University. Hannah is also an accomplished public speaker with engagements at notable organizations such as SXSW EDU and the Smithsonian Institution.
