Ricky Caplin has extensive experience in the digital transformation and healthcare industries. Ricky began their career in 2005 as an Associate at KPMG, followed by a Senior Associate role in the same company. In 2007, they became Chairman of Guys with Ties of Jacksonville. In 2009, they took on the role of CEO of The HCI Group, a global leader in healthcare digital transformation. In 2017, they became CEO of Healthcare and Life Sciences at Tech Mahindra, the parent company of The HCI Group. In 2018, they became Chairman of Caplin Family Offices. In 2021, they co-founded CAMPUS and The Aurora Forge. Finally, in 2022, they became the Owner and Founder of JAXUSL.
Ricky Caplin obtained their B.S. in Accounting from the University of Florida between 2000 and 2005. Ricky then went on to obtain their Masters in Accounting from the same university between 2003 and 2005.
