Founded in 1994 by Katie Koestner, a nationally recognized advocate who first brought attention to “date” rape on the cover of TIME Magazine, Campus Outreach Services has worked with more than 5,000 institutions and reached over 10 million students, parents, and professionals. 

COS aligns policy, training, and student/employee behavior to reduce risk and strengthen institutional response. Our programming addresses sexual harassment and misconduct prevention, Title IX, mental health, and safety, with a focus on practical application and long-term impact.
