Lorin Phillips has extensive experience in higher education and organizational development, currently serving as a Speaker for CAMPUSPEAK since March 2013, where programs focus on addressing hazing behaviors and responsible decision-making regarding substance use. Since May 2002, Lorin has held the position of Assistant Executive Director at Sigma Sigma Sigma National Sorority, overseeing strategic goals, technology initiatives, and new chapter development, while also collaborating on housing and risk management initiatives. As the former Director of Chapter Services, Lorin designed leadership development programs and contributed to the strategic planning process, significantly enhancing membership and collegiate services. Lorin holds a Master of Education in Adult Learning and Human Resource Development and a Bachelor of Science in Integrated Science and Technology, both from James Madison University.
