Tom Healy is a co-founder of mentumm, which specializes in creating effective customized employee training, and LaunchPoint, providing online education to over 100 college campuses in North America. As a speaker for Vistage Worldwide, Inc. and CAMPUSPEAK, Healy delivers workshops and keynotes aimed at enhancing company training and development through engaging presentations and interactive formats. Tom Healy has also established a personal brand as a speaker, offering keynote talks and online education since 2008. Healy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing, Management, and Strategic Leadership from Ohio University, earned from 2002 to 2006.
