Patrick Blanchard is a collaborative EHS professional with over 30 years of experience in electric power generation. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Environmental Services at CAMS since 2022, Patrick oversees environmental compliance management for fossil and renewable power generation assets. Prior to this role, Patrick held significant positions at Calpine as Director of EHS and at the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality as an Engineering Specialist. Patrick earned a BA in Geography with a focus on Resource and Environmental Studies from Texas State University-San Marcos.
