Nir Dromi

Nir Dromi is an experienced machine learning engineer with a robust background in bioinformatics and algorithm development. Currently, Nir holds the position of Machine Learning Engineer at Camtek since February 2019. Prior to this role, Nir served as a Senior Machine Learning Engineer at Presenso and a Senior Algorithms Developer at Rosetta Genomics. Nir's expertise was further developed as Head of the INCPM Bioinformatics Unit at the Weizmann Institute of Science and as a Bioinformatics Analyst at Immunarray. Earlier in the career, Nir worked as an Algorithms Developer at Rosetta Genomics and as a Systems Analyst and Consultant for the Ministry of Defence. Educationally, Nir completed a Master’s degree in Computer Science and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev between 2001 and 2007.
