Previously, they held various roles, including Head of Marketing at Camurus and Product Manager at LEO Pharma, where they focused on dermatology marketing and product management. Dr. Sprödefeld earned a Dr. rer. nat. in Chemistry from Ruprecht-Karls-Universität Heidelberg and has a strong background in building organizations and processes within interdisciplinary teams. Their expertise in communication and strategic collaboration has enabled them to address complex challenges effectively.
