John Horton

John Horton is a Regional Lead for Northwest England and North Wales and is currently pursuing a PhD in Safe Drug Consumption Rooms and Overdose Prevention Centres at Liverpool John Moores University. With a strong background in clinical sales and key account management, John has worked at Camurus and previously at change, grow, live as an Inreach Drug and Alcohol Practitioner. John has a commitment to improving health outcomes for marginalized communities, backed by an extensive academic foundation that includes a Master’s in Public Health and a Bachelor’s in Health and Social Care. They are also known for their reflective nature and interests in meditation, fishing, and fitness.
