Alison Pretorius currently serves as the Head of Customer Excellence at The VPS Group since July 2022, following a role as Masterdata and Administration Manager at the same company from September 2021 to May 2022. Prior experience includes serving as Business Support Manager at both Campari Group and Craft Liquor Merchants from July 2021 to September 2021 and July 2018 to August 2021, respectively. Alison's career also includes positions as Network Manager at MAN Truck & Bus SA from January 2011 to May 2018, and Fleet Admin Controller and Credit Controller at MAN Truck & Bus (South Africa) from 2004 to 2010. Alison holds a Diploma in Road Transport Management from the University of Johannesburg and a Diploma in Public Relations from Allenby College.
