Jane Rich

Jane Rich is a seasoned Business Analyst with extensive experience across various industries, including technology and finance. Currently at CAN Softtech Inc since December 2022, Jane focuses on gathering requirements and drafting Business Requirements documents. Previously, during tenure at Kaleyra, from March 2020 to July 2022, Jane led a significant migration project for over 100 customers while performing daily scrum activities and user acceptance testing. At DocMagic, Jane documented business requirements and collaborated closely with development and QA teams. Earlier roles included Product Analyst and Product Manager at CoreLogic Credco, where Jane managed requirements and vendor relationships, as well as Operations Supervisor at CredStar, overseeing performance-driven customer service teams. Jane began the career at Information Resources Inc. as a Product Analyst/Project Manager, ensuring the timely delivery of consumer data. Jane holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
