Roland Wells is currently working as a Blade Repair Technician at Siemens Gamesa since February 2024. Prior to that, Roland worked as a Rope Access Technician at CAN LTD and as a Wind Turbine Blade Repair Technician at CAN Renewables from June 2021 to February 2024.
