Avery Wade

Avery Wade, PMP, is currently the Manager of HR Strategic Initiatives at Canada Life, having previously held roles as Process Initiative Lead and Quality Assurance & Process Design Analyst at the same company. Prior to Canada Life, Avery managed a team at Canada Goose as the Quality Assurance Finished Goods Manager from 2019 to 2021, focusing on continuous improvement and data-driven recommendations. Avery also gained experience in quality assurance and project management roles within the apparel industry, contributing to operations at both Canada Goose and Michael Kors. Avery holds a Bachelor’s degree in Apparel and Textiles Sciences with a Minor in General Business from the University of Manitoba and a Retail Buying Certificate in Fashion Merchandising from George Brown College.
