P. is an experienced Cyber Security Analyst and IT specialist with a robust background in desktop support, network administration, and technical support across various organizations. Currently employed at Canada Life since October 2016, P. has demonstrated expertise in information security event management, incident resolution, malware removal, and end-user support. Previous roles include Computer Technician at Computers for Schools Manitoba, where more than 200 computers were refurbished for donation, and positions at DMT Development Systems Group Inc. and Philippine National Bank, where P. managed user accounts, provided desktop support, and implemented monitoring systems.
