Tom Milner is a Senior Legal Adviser in Canada Life's legal team, a position they have held since 2024. They previously served as Legal Counsel at Canada Life from 2022 to 2024 and worked as a Senior Associate in Pensions at Osborne Clarke from 2019 to 2022. Prior to that, Tom gained valuable experience with firms such as Eversheds Sutherland and Covington & Burling, among others. Tom holds a commendation in both their GDL/CPE and LPC from The University of Law and also achieved a BA with honors from the University of Sussex. They are currently an associate member of the Association of Pension Lawyers.
