Darcy Wright is a military officer with extensive experience at tactical, operational, and strategic levels, focusing on planning, project management, data management, and Human Resource policy. They served as an Operational Planner at the 1st Canadian Division Headquarters from 2015 to 2017, where they were responsible for short-term operational plans and international relationships. As the Commanding Officer of Personnel Services for 4CDSG from 2017 to 2019, they led a team of HR specialists to support over 10,000 military members and DND employees. Currently, Darcy works as a Senior Staff Officer in Strategic Planning & Policy/Land-joint for the Canadian Armed Forces, having held roles in NATO SHAPE and the Canadian Army Doctrine and Training Command.
