John Cater

John Cater is a seasoned professional with over two decades of dedicated service as a Canadian Armed Forces Reserve officer, specializing in training and development. They have served in multiple leadership roles, including Commandant of the COATS National Training Establishment, where they were responsible for training Canadian Armed Forces members and Civilian Instructors. They have also held positions managing the cadet programs across Canada and providing support for financial and material resources. Currently, John is pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources and Labour Relations at Athabasca University while continuously exploring opportunities to leverage their extensive training expertise and financial management skills.
