John O'Donnell

LCol John O'Donnell is the Division Chaplain at 5th Canadian Division Headquarters in Halifax, Nova Scotia, where they oversee operations for the Royal Canadian Chaplain Service in Atlantic Canada. They lead a team of 36 chaplains, providing pastoral and spiritual support to military members and families across the region. Since enrolling in the Canadian Armed Forces in 1996, John has taken on various roles, including Unit Chaplain and Brigade Chaplain, and has deployed on significant military operations. They hold an M.Div. in Pastoral Counselling and Administration from Harvard University and a B.Sc. in Psychology from St. Francis Xavier University.
