Jonathan Bouchard

Jonathan Bouchard is a professional recognized as an expert in gender equality and diversity at the World Customs Organization since March 2023. With a robust background in operations and training, Bouchard served as Chief of Operations and Instructor in Use of Force at the Canada Border Services Agency, alongside managing the Training Integrity & Quality Assurance Centre and the Detector Dogs Training Program. Previous roles include Liaison Officer at the Canadian Coast Guard, Watch Officer at Public Safety Canada, and various leadership positions within the Canadian Armed Forces, including Air Navigator and Training Officer. Education includes a navigation diploma from the Institut Maritime du Quebec, obtained in 1999.
