Michael Sitkowski is currently serving as the Deputy Senior Aircraft Maintenance Engineering Officer at 429 Transport Squadron, where they provide leadership and technical support to RCAF CC-177 Globemaster aircraft technicians. They have been the Team Captain for the University of Ottawa Baja SAE since 2016, overseeing the design and construction of an off-road vehicle for a collegiate competition. Michael holds an Engineer’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Ottawa, which they earned in 2017, and previously worked as a landscaping contractor for Prebbel Enterprises in 2015.
