Mark Gianquitti

Mark Gianquitti is the Director of Property Management at O’Connor Capital Partners, where they oversee a multi-state portfolio comprising various mixed-use developments and commercial properties. Previously, Mark held several senior management roles, including Sr. Property Manager at Tavistock Development Company, where they established the property management department and developed policies for over 10 properties. Additionally, Mark has extensive experience in commercial operations and marketing from roles at Gables Residential, GGP, and Brookfield Properties. They hold a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from the State University of New York College at Oswego and an Associate degree in Radio and Television Broadcasting from Onondaga Community College.
