Tom Durand

Tom Durand currently serves as CFO Tech & IT at CANAL+ Group since September 2020, leading financial management for a 1,500-FTE department and spearheading significant organizational transformations including a merger and the establishment of a dedicated legal entity for improved cost monitoring. Prior to this role, Tom was Project Director for Strategy and M&A at CANAL+ Group, where key responsibilities included M&A assessments and partnerships. Tom's earlier experience includes seven years at McKinsey & Company, where a range of roles from Engagement Manager to Consultant saw involvement in strategy, corporate finance, and operating model transformations across diverse industries. Educational achievements include Master's degrees in Public and Corporate Management from HEC Paris and Sciences Po, along with a Bachelor's in Applied Economics from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL.
