Sookna Lin

Sookna Lin has worked in the IT industry since 2008. Sookna began their career as a Software Engineer Intern at Wind资讯 in 2008. In 2013, they took on an internship as a Technical Consultant at Vision Technology. In 2015, they joined Canalyst as a System Analyst, where they analyzed, documented requirements, and performed UAT for the Scheduling Tool used for migration. Additionally, they planned and coordinated testing for 750+ applications with business and technical teams. In 2021, they were promoted to Production Data Management Project Leader at Canalyst, where they led analysis and design efforts, evaluated project requirements, reviewed and approved project deliverables, created and tracked delivery plans, provided delivery timelines, identified and communicated dependencies, managed, documented and escalated project risks and issues related to delivery, clarified details and negotiated delivery dates. Sookna also analyzed and reviewed Easy Ware archiving tool, created training plans, materials and conducted training sessions. Furthermore, they provided business and functional requirements, participated in data modeling sessions to define customer and product structures used by ordering, fulfillment and billing systems.

Sookna Lin received a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Zhejiang University between 2004 and 2008. Sookna then went on to receive a Master's degree in Computer Science from The University of British Columbia between 2010 and 2013.
