Nancy Bernard has extensive experience in team management and project coordination, primarily in the telecommunications industry. Beginning her career at Bell as a Gestionnaire d'équipe CPS from 1995 to 1999, Nancy later held multiple key positions at Vidéotron from 2002 to 2004, including Chef de projet - communications and several managerial roles overseeing customer support, quality control, and operations. Nancy also served as Directrice intérim in the Répartition department in 2022-2023. Currently, Nancy is a Senior Change Management Advisor at Canam since March 2024. Academically, Nancy holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications and Marketing from Université Laval and has pursued ongoing education in continuous improvement at Vidéotron since 2012.
