Sylvain Dufour

Sylvain Dufour has extensive experience in product development and innovation across various organizations, currently serving as a Conseiller en développement de produits at Canam since September 2021. Prior to this role, Sylvain held positions such as Responsable innovation at both Belanger Laminés/Laminates and Colonial Elegance Inc., where responsibilities included strategic workshops and client interviews for product development. Sylvain has a solid foundation from past roles at Groupe Canam, Oldcastle, and MAAX BATH, which involved managing R&D, overseeing production processes, and leading teams in technical development, prototyping, and market support. Sylvain holds a DEC in Design Industriel from Cegep du Vieux Montreal.
