Vatsala Sameer

Vatsala was appointed as the Company Secretary of the Company in March 2015 and also heads the legal vertical of the Company. She has been with the Company since March 2011, when she joined the Corporate Governance function and has been successfully handling various governance responsibilities since then.

She is an Associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and a law graduate. She has around 20 years of work experience across compliance, legal & governance functions. Before joining the Company, she has worked with Escorts Finance Limited, Max Life Insurance and Ballarpur Industries Ltd.
