William Kalaf has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. William began their career in sales at Kraft Foods, where they held various positions before becoming a Customer Business Manager. William then moved on to The Coca-Cola Company as a Region Manager, responsible for growing Minute Maid Juice brands at grocery chains. After that, they joined Miller Brewing as a Chain Sales Manager, leading a team to grow Miller brands at supermarket and convenience store chains. Kalaf then became the General Manager of Pabst Brewing Company's Mid Atlantic Division. Currently, they are the Regional Director Off Premise Chains, East at CANarchy Craft Brewery Collective, where they oversee the growth and development of CANarchy brands at national and regional chain accounts in the East. William leads a team of national account managers and works closely with distributors and chain personnel to ensure clear communication of chain plans and objectives.
William Kalaf attended Cornell University from 1986 to 1988, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Economics and Business.

In 2020, CANarchy experienced dollar growth trends that doubled that of Top 20 Vendors in retail scans; increasing total shipments by 2%. The collective provides craft beverages throughout the United States and 21 countries and US territories.
