Alex Bushell

Alex Bushell currently serves as the Director of Strategic Policy and International Relations at CANARIE Inc., where they focus on strengthening Canada’s digital infrastructure ecosystem. With a background in public policy and public affairs, Alex has held various roles, including Manager of Strategic Policy and Director of Strategic Policy and Analysis at CANARIE. Alex has also contributed to multiple organizations as a Board Member and Committee Chair, demonstrating extensive experience in stakeholder relations and legislative analysis. They hold a BA in Politics and Parliamentary Studies from the University of Leeds and an MA in Political Science from Carleton University, among other qualifications.
