Thorsten gH has a robust background in general management, sales, and consulting, primarily focused on digital transformation and IT solutions. They served as General Manager at PROFI Engineering Systems AG from 2009 to 2020, overseeing offices across North/East Germany and managing profit & loss for a team of 60-80 colleagues. Thorsten also held roles at IBM as a Client Executive and at CANCOM as Senior Key Account Management and Director Sales. Currently, they are furthering their education at prestigious institutions including London Business School, INSEAD, Boston University, and Technische Universität Berlin.
