Currently serving as Head of Training & Commercial Capability at C&C Group since March 2023, Julia leads the in-house team of Wine Educators and oversees the training strategy across various product categories. As the founder of Julia Bailey Coaching since February 2018, Julia provides career and executive coaching, helping individuals across sectors clarify their career paths and enhance their performance. Previously, Julia held the position of Head of Customer Training at Bibendum PLB Group, where responsibilities included managing training programs and developing award-winning Wine Educators. With a solid educational background that includes personal performance coaching and multiple qualifications from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust, Julia combines expertise in management, training, and coaching to drive excellence in her field.
